I found the staff quite cute. The breakfast included high-quality items. The spa area offered a warm pool.
the lighting WAS quite poor in the room. There was not much soundproofing. The drinks at the bar seemed extortionate.

the period hotel reminded me of a step back in time. the staff were very helpful. breakfast was good. the evening meal was also very good. i enjoyed my stay. i will be back.

the staff was really friendly! they were helpful and genuinely wanted me to have a good stay. i saw them assisting other guests with directions and offering extra help.

The evening meal at the restaurant WAS really good. I had the fillet of steak it WAS lovely. The breakfast offered plenty of choice and was tasty. I ALSO found the waiting staff to be lovely. The spar provided a great experience AND it is well appointed.
I had some issues with the wi-fi connection. It was intermittent.

I liked the gardens. They felt very tranquil. the restaurant food was great and the staff were friendly at dinner! breakfast was also quite good with fresh items. i would come back again.
The pool area needed attention. Cups were left by previous guests.
