Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a blend of lovely experiences and frustrating moments. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were helpful, but there were issues with the spa amenities and dining experience that left me disappointed. The value for money is there, but the lack of attention to detail in some areas was disappointing.
I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a bit of a mixed bag. The location is lovely, especially with the beautiful gardens around. The two positive highlights for me were the amazing dinner and the refurbished gym facilities. However, the rooms were in dire need of upkeep and the service was lacking, making my overall experience somewhat disappointing.
My stay was delightful and peaceful, with a clean and spacious room that made for a comfortable retreat. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made the experience even better. However, I was disappointed with the dining options being limited at times and the facilities needing minor upgrades. Overall, a charming place with a lot of potential!
We had a lovely time at the hotel, enjoying excellent service and a beautifully maintained spa. The grounds were picturesque, but the room felt a bit dated and could use some updates. The dining experience was delicious, though the evening menu could use a bit more variety. Overall, it was great value for money at £102, but a few quirks kept it from being perfect.
I was looking forward to a relaxing stay, but I left feeling quite disappointed. While the staff was warm and welcoming, the hygiene issues in my room and at the dining area were concerning. The breakfast was subpar for a four-star establishment, and the ambiance could greatly benefit from some upkeep of the gardens. On a positive note, the comfortable beds and potential of the grounds could make this a desirable getaway with some improvements.
